A ‘Mouthwatering Monday’ night
Still craving another portion of my Napoletana pizza from last night at Rosspomodoro Chelsea. No mozzarella, anchovies, garlic, a generous amount of juicy lipsmacking tomato sauce, perfect Neapolitan dough (thin in the middle and puffy edges) and a drizzle of chilli oil, accompanied by a fresh glass of Falanghina.
A perfect simple meal, followed by a lovely white Fiat500 to wave us off goodbye. A touch of La Dolce Vita in Chelseal!
